| Ray FENG |

| Mr. Ray Feng is the Co-CEO of HuaMei Capital Company. Mr. Ray Feng joined China Merchants Securities in 2002, where he is the Deputy General Manager and Executive Director of CMS (HK). He is also the Director of CMS Asset Management (HK) Co., Ltd and the Executive Director of CMTF Asset Management.
Prior to joining China Merchants Securities, Ray was the portfolio manager in China Merchants International (HK.144) with specific focus on international investing activities. Prior to that, Ray held several key positions in China Merchants Group since 1995.
Ray has rich experiences in Hong Kong / China capital market and is in-depth understandings of cross-border M&A activities. He has finished more than 20 transactions in last two years.
Ray holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and a Master Degree in Management from the University of Wollongong, Australia. He is currently a PhD Candidate of Jiangxi Finance and Economic University, majoring in Political Economics. |

| Carter D. Mack |

| Mr. Carter Mack is the Co-CEO of HuaMei Capital Company and he is a founder, Co-President and Director of Investment Banking of JMP Securities. He is also a member of the executive committee of JMP Group, JMP Securities' parent company, and serves on its board of directors.
Prior to founding JMP, Carter served as a Managing Director in the financial services group at Montgomery Securities, now Banc of America Securities, from 1996 to 1999. Carter previously spent five years in the investment banking group at Merrill Lynch focused on financial institutions. During his career, he has advised specialty finance companies, financial technology companies, depository institutions and other financial intermediaries on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions totaling more than $20 billion in value.
Carter holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dr. Deng has been the vice president of China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. (CMS) since November 2005 and is in charge of risk management, finance, settlement and training. She also serves as director of CMS Holdings (HK), director of CMS Investment Management (HK), director of China Merchants Fund and director of HuaMei Capital Company.
Prior to joining CMS, Shirley was working for AT&T、Providian Financial、Citigroup, where she was the senior risk analyst in Citigroup.
Shirley obtained her Master Degree and Ph.D. in Economics from the State University of New York. |
